I'm 31 years old and I'd been wearing glasses and contact lenses all day and night for the last 15 years and it was always a hindrance when playing sport or swimming. Through a friend I decided to find out more about laser eye treatment as I always wanted it done. After an initial consultation and understanding the procedure, I decided to go ahead.
On the day of the treatment, I was nervous travelling to the clinic but on arrival the staff were lovely and reassuring and it was a relaxing environment. I was taken into the laser room, laid down on the chair and within minutes it's all over and then you are discharged!
I couldn't believe how quick the recovery was. The next morning, WOW!, it was amazing. I still have to pinch myself that I've had it done, and the results are better than perfect 20/20 vision. When I got my drivers license updated it was fantastic to get the visual aids requirement taken off.
I definitely recommend it and I wish I had it done years ago.
